A Sunday’s Emotions

Sunday’s emotions change quickly. Sundays are sensitive and prone to emotional swings. They are especially sensitive to the way others talk to them. Without the other person realizing it, a Sunday person can quickly become upset about something said to them.

(Although they would say they’re balanced and emotionally stable.)

This is even more so for a Sunday woman. She tends to do everything according to her emotions and her mood is easily seen from her face.

How to Tell When a Sunday is Upset?

It’s obvious. Sundays won’t say anything, in fact they’re usually very quiet when upset.

But, their facial expressions and behavior show exactly how they feel. They are not people who can easily hide their feelings.

Emotional Weakness

It’s difficult for Sunday people to explain their feelings to others. Neither Sunday men nor women like to openly show that they love or care about the people around them.

Sundays are also prone to depression and anxiety issues due to their sensitivity and the way they pressure themselves.

How They Show Anger

Sunday men and women tend to quietly walk away. Though clearly upset, a Sunday tends to walk away when angered. They don’t want to look bad by what they think they might say or do when angry.

They just don’t realize that the way they act when angry already looks bad.

People can already tell how they feel, even when they’re quiet, their facial expressions and behavior make it obvious.

What makes a Sunday Angry the most?

They only get angry with those they’re close to. Sunday people get upset when someone around them doesn’t seem to see their value, disrespects them, or belittles them.

Something that would bruise their ego. This would make them lose their temper quickly. A Sunday person’s ego and lack of self-confidence are their most sensitive emotional triggers.

How to Handle an Angry Sunday

Leave them alone. If you keep pushing an angry Sunday, they will simply walk away.

Instead, give them time. If they see your value, they will come back and work things out with you once they have had a chance to calm down.  If they don’t care about you, then expect to say goodbye.

Or, change the way you speak.

Bow down on them and make them feel like it was a misunderstanding. Being respectful to a Sunday will help them calm down.

Sundays and Stress

Sundays aren’t good with stress. When a Sunday person is stressed for any reason, they’ll be quiet and they won’t be able to think clearly.

Instead, they tend to think negatively about everything while blaming others but telling themselves how bad they are or of how little value they are over and over again in their minds.

How Sundays Deal with Problems

Sundays are sensitive. Anything can affect their moods, especially what others say to them. People can say just about anything, and a Sunday person will turn it into a problem.

People who were born on a Sunday have a hard time separating work and personal life. They see all their problems as the same and deal with them in the same way – most commonly, avoidance.

Why a Sunday Would Kill

If they did not know they were doing it. Sundays don’t want to do anything to make them look bad. (including murder)

The only likely scenario where a Sunday could be driven to murder was if they were simply following orders and did not realize their actions would kill the person.

E.g. they give someone poison they thought was medicine, or something like the Milgram experiment.
